Update Email Settings

Easy Taxonomy™ allows you to customize the email notification that is sent to the different stakeholders when a taxonomy is submitted for approval, approved or the request for approval is rejected.  


Navigate to the Easy Taxonomy Admin page and select the Settings from the menu and select the Email tab.




Out of the box, the application comes with a preset email notification message that can be edited by admin to meet the company requirements and preferences. Follow the steps below to edit the email notification.

  

1. In the left side navigation, select the email notification you want to edit


2. From the drop list, select the language of the email notification to edit.


3. Enter the email notification subject


4. Enter the email notification body


5. Click Save


Note: Use the following tags to insert the related information.


Tag

Description

{from}

The sender’s name

{to}

The recipient’s name

{filePlanName}

The taxonomy name

{filePlanLink}
The URL of the taxonomy
