Collaborate in Taxonomy - Overview

Taxonomy enables collaboration between different stakeholders to build a consistent taxonomy for the entire organization.

Different roles are enabled for different collaborators depending on their requested level of collaboration and decision-making.

Taxonomy reviewers, such as business stakeholders, are allowed to comment on taxonomy items at different levels. They can also share a direct link via email to a specific taxonomy item.

Users when they click on a link to a taxonomy item, the app displays that exact selected item where they can view and respond to comments.

Note: Only users with the following roles can comment and view comments from other collaborators:

• Reviewer
• Editor
• Approver
• Admin

Users with read-only access cannot see comments.

Comments are visible only when taxonomy is in draft or submitted mode, when taxonomy is published comments are hidden.
