In case the taxonomy requires changes and the approver deems it needs to go back to draft mode to allow editing by the editor, the approver can reject the submission.
Follow the steps below to reject a submitted taxonomy.
1. Navigate to the taxonomy details page that is submitted for Approval.
The taxonomy details page is displayed.
2. Click Reject & Send to Draft.
The Warning dialog is displayed.
3. Click Yes.
The Success dialog is displayed.
4. Click Ok.
The taxonomy is not published and is reverted back to draft.
Note: You can unpublish a taxonomy anytime to send it back to draft by clicking Un-Publish in the taxonomy details page.
