Delete a Specific Taxonomy Version

Taxonomy App allows you to delete taxonomy versions that are no longer needed.

Note: Only Approver and Admin are allowed to delete a taxonomy version.

1.  Open the Version History of the taxonomy for which you want to delete a version. For more information, refer to View Taxonomy Version History.

The Version History dialog is displayed showing the versions you have access to based on your role. Users with Read only access can only see published versions. Archived versions are only viewable by the Administrator.

2.  Select the action menu of the version you want to delete.

3.  Click Delete.

A Confirmation dialog is displayed.

4.  Click Yes.

The selected version is deleted.
